EFAA Board: Federico Diomeda

Federico Diomeda is an Italian Dottore Commercialista practising in Genoa (Italy) and his clients are SMEs. He is CEO of EFAA European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs (of which he has been President from 2006 to 2009). He also previously served as a member of the EFAA Board. After his graduation in economics at the Genoa University, he passed the state exam and joined in 1984 the self-regulatory body of Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili, the Italian accountancy profession's organisation. He is also an authorised auditor. His career has been oriented right from the beginning towards two specific fields of the accountancy profession: business advising and commercial law for SMEs, and restructuring and insolvency of SMEs ( co-operating with the local court in bankruptcy procedures as a trustee). He shares his professional practice with its commitment as CEO of EFAA. |
