Agnieszka Ostaszewicz is currently running a small accounting and audit practice in Warsaw. In May 2006, she was elected Board Member of the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SME before being appointed Secretary General in May 2007. From 1996 to 2007, she was employed by the Accountants Association in Poland in the Main Board Office, from 2004 as its Director/Chief Executive. She previously was Director of the AAP's International Relations Department. Agnieszka Ostaszewicz was also involved from the mid-90's in the process of translating the international accounting and auditing standards into Polish being one of the translators and cross-readers of the Polish official translations of both International Accounting/Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing. |
